- Sending a gift? Add a gift message in your cart, ship it straight to the recipient and we’ll leave the prices off the packing slip.

Returns
We want you to love your order as much as your little one loves their Schnorgle.
- Change of mind
- Not quite right? Return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage is paid by you.
- Personalised items
- Because they’re made just for your little one, personalised Schnorgles can’t be returned for change of mind. Please double-check the spelling before checkout, as we stitch exactly what you type.
- Faulty or damaged
- So sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the postage. This never affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- How to return
- Email us your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll send you the returns address and get your refund sorted within 5 business days of it arriving back with us.
Personalisation
Real embroidery. Their very own name. A little sidekick that’s truly theirs.
- Price
- $14.95 per Schnorgle, or personalise all four for $39.95.
- Names
- One line, up to 12 letters. Letters only, so no apostrophes, hyphens or accents.
- Fonts
- Choose Script or Classic.
- Where
- Stitched (not stuck) along the edge of your Schnorgle’s blanket, reading up towards the arm.
- Threads
- Every Schnorgle has its own thread colours, chosen to suit their fabric. On bundles, Signature Blend stitches each Schnorgle in its own signature colour.
- Timing
- Stitched and sent within 5 business days.
Care & safety
- Washing
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Please don’t iron or bleach.
- Tested
- Independently tested by Eurofins to Australian toy safety standards AS/NZS ISO 8124.1, 8124.2 & 8124.3 and US toy safety standard ASTM F963.
- Made for little ones
- Suitable from birth (0+). Eyes, nose and heart are fully embroidered.
- Safe sleep
- For babies under 7 months, Red Nose recommends no soft toys or comforters in the sleep space. Schnorgles are perfect for awake cuddles, play and tummy time with a grown-up close by.
- Keep it safe
- Check your Schnorgle regularly for wear and tear, and stop using it if any seams or stitching come loose.
- Our books
- Thick board pages with rounded corners for little hands. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Are Schnorgles safe from birth?
Yes! Every Schnorgle is suitable from birth (0+) and independently tested to Australian and US toy safety standards. For babies under 7 months, keep soft toys out of the sleep space and follow Red Nose safe sleep guidelines.
Can I include a gift message?
Of course. Switch on “Is it a gift?” in your cart and add your message. We’ll handwrite it on a card for you.
Do your gifts come gift boxed?

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Our digital gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200, and are emailed straight to the lucky recipient on the day you choose, so they can pick their own Schnorgle. They’re valid for 3 years.
